2) Tomato paste brix 28%/30% and 30%/32%,  hot/cold break ,  HMC<50%,

   color lycopene>50mg/100g,  PH value: 4.2+/-0.2

   hot break:  bostwick : 4~7cm at 30 seconds in 12.5 brix;

   cold break: bostwick : 6~9cm at 30 seconds in 12.5 brix;

   color gardner system a/b >2.1.  total acidity <8.2
